(If bisexual)Preferred gender: -
Dominant hand: Right

Job and abilities
Occupation: Shinigami
Division: 11th (Juuichibantai)
Position: 9th seat. (Kyuuseki)
Zanpakuto: Ichirou (Ichi=First, Rou=Son)
Zanpakuto personality: Ichirou is really cocky, proud, and moody, the fact that his wielder is so young and weak compared to him annoys him greatly. He often refuses to obey, what causes Tokiiro to get beaten up much more often than it would be necessary. Their relationship is full of conflicts, Tokiiro often refers to his sword as a "PMS-ing bitch", but his nickname isn't much nicer either, "The idiot I'm stuck with". Ichirou is like an older brother to Tokiiro who he wants to get acknowledged by, so he does everything to please the Zanpakuto.
Zanpakuto appearance: Ichirou is a medium length sword by default, the grip is made of beech painted with only a layer of polish and a little yellow ribbon wrapped around it what dangles around the end. The hilt is basically a metal circle, attached to the sword at three places. One edged sword with little scratches on the blunt side, caused by blocking hits.
Scabbard: The scabbard is wood colored as well, it's attached to his belt on his left side. The metal cup on the tip is painted yellow and has numerous swirls engraved in it. It's pretty simple.
Zanpakuto spirit appearance: Ichirou basically resembles a male lion; just his tale looks rather fluffy, like a fox's. This is meant to represent his pride and laziness, he never bows his head to anyone just the one who could overpower him. Tokiiro couldn't force him to obey so far. Overpowering him is basically putting him on a leash without getting bitten: the rightful owner therefore has to be strong but sneaky and sly.
Zanpakuto ability: Ichirou is able transform into any weapon if released, but if once released, it can't change form. It has to be sheathed, and must not be released for a day to regain his default form. The sword is called out by the spell "Break your bonds, Ichirou". If released, the lion shakes off the chain around his ankle and roars, using Tokiiro's body: this looks rather frightening.
Shikai: Whatever form the wielder wishes. Tokiiro prefers the long katana form, but once he had to go for an entire week with a wakizashi (short sword, dagger). He got more injuries during that week than until then in his entire life.
(If can use)Bankai: Due to Ichirou's disobedience, Tokiiro doesn't even dare to dream about achieving Bankai, but if he could, the sword would turn into the spirit's form, the huge lion (about the size of a family house), and would move as Tokiiro does in the background.
Fighting style: He's pretty good with his sword and Kidou. Tokiiro mostly relies on distraction, he starts by shooting a few Kidou spells to distract his opponent and then, attack from a new angle and from above with the sword. If the opponent is fast enough to block that, he lands close enough to shoot directly. He hasn't got many moves and is not a good fighter, his style is very simple and repeats the same moves over and over again, but he's working on improving it.
Best skill: I'd say kidou, he can use about 8 techniques flawlessly, and in the others he's still insecure. He isn't talented at all, but he works hard and until he's completely exhausted. He is from the type who will never back off and give up on his dreams.
Worst skill: Since Ichirou hates him with passion, he's not good with Zanjutsu. He's not good in hand-to-hand combat either, he rather blocks and ducks than attacks: he had troubles with passing the exam too, the first time he tried ha failed. For the second try, he trained well and passed the exam with a C.
Intelligence: He's pretty intelligent, a quirk he inherited from his father. Some people think he could be much more than a ninth seat of the eleventh division, maybe a head researcher in the eighth squad, but he likes his position and is proud of his squad, even though originally he was aiming for the second division. Not to mention he would go crazy in the eighth squad, sitting around all day with "strange liquids what I don't know if it's for burning my arm off of to grow me another on my back."
Other: Ikkaku practically forced him into training together, because he had enough of Tokiiro not being talented at all. Since then Tokiiro often returns home carried (sometimes bridal style just to embarrass the teen more) by Ikkaku because he passed out from exhaustion.
Even though using Kidou is pretty embarrassing in the eleventh squad, he doesn't mind if his comrades make fun of him because of this. Maybe because it's enough for him to say "Hadou no 31…" and they all run off screaming.

Appearance
Looks: He's not exactly bad looking! High cheekbones, wide mouth and big eyes with a shape resembling to his fathers'. Eyebrows slightly tilted inwards and pulled together by default, causes him to look a little stressed.
Height: Around 150 cm, about 3 cm shorter than Toshiro, who I made a little taller in my head.
Weight: 40-45 kg. Considered average for his height.
Body type: Small and petite, considered either average or cute. He's not dangerously thin, has a little squish, but in fact he's kind of toned. Some friends of his sister labeled his backside "bubblebutt".
Hair/Eye color: Spiky, kind of short, orange-ish blonde hair and grayish blue eyes. Basically his father's face with his mother's colors.
Outfit (normal, formal): Basic Shinigami outfit, only the sleeves are rolled up to be around the middle of his upper arm. The legs of his hakama brush the ground. He wears sneakers he picked up in the Real World instead of the shinigami sandals, but it's barely visible since the hakama partially covers it. To be formal, he simply rolls the sleeves down and changes his shoes.

Personality data
Personality: Tokiiro's mind is restless, he's always thinking about something (he finds) important, but otherwise, he takes it all easy and when he's not training, he's really laid-back, often worms his way out of paperwork. He gets along with just about everyone, thanks to his easy-going personality and is quite a ladies' man: he's an expert in charming women and has one hell of a puppy-eye-attack. On the other hand, when he's serious, he often pushes himself to his limits until the point of damaging his own body. He wants to show people that he's not just the "Son of Hitsugaya Toshiro" but a powerful individual himself. He's protective over the ones he loves, and would never let them down. He lives to please the expectations of others, and would like to become the best at everything, even though he knows he's physically unable to do it. His goal is to become a captain and gain respect because of what he had done and not because who his parents are. He's ambitious, easily angered and sort of a perfectionist. Most people find him good fun.
Motto: "Great oaks grow from little acorns." and "If at first you don't succeed, try, try again." He always dreams big and tries everything to reach his goals.
Catchphrase: "Good sword shuts up if he doesn't like the whetstone!" Tokiiro, when Ichirou's being bitchy often threatens him with such things as breaking him in half and grind off his edge, but in fact he would never really do it. Other catchphrase of his is "it's a blessing in disguise", he says it if something bad happens to a friend of his, as sort of a comforting.
Likes: He's fascinated by the real world, loves his sister's cooking, comic books, action based novels, that sort of things. After all, he IS a teenage boy. (sort of.)
Dislikes: Romantic scenes popping up in a normally action manga, stressful situations, cheek-pinchers, and momma's boys.
Good habits: Keeps order in his room, and unlike about everyone, he actually likes to do the dishes, much to Rangiku's happiness.
Bad habits: Doesn't know when to give up, keeps fighting even if he knows he has no chance, bites his nails, and sometimes he's forgetful. Easily depressed, and if he is, nobody can drag him out of it.
Hobbies: Annoying his sister (ogling her co-workers, etc), wandering around in SeiReiTei/Rukongai, sometimes secretly writing short stories, occasionally poems
Fears/Weaknesses: being left alone/behind is his worst fear, but he's also afraid of being a burden for his comrades or parents. His weakness lies in his sword skills, due to Ichirou. His alcohol resistance is average and he can't eat much, he's among the first ones passing out drunk if they go out.
Strengths/Special abilities: Not much strength, he's not a very good fighter, but because he's trying so hard, he could fight himself up on the social ladder. His special ability is the puppy-face (mentioned above), most effective on females (sister, mother, and sometimes Hoshiko, but that's pretty rare). From males, it brings out the opposite effect, they get annoyed or creeped out.
Favorites
Food/Drink: he really likes sweets and baked goods, mostly his sister's cooking. For drinks, he likes most juices, except for orange.
Season: early summer
Time of day: early afternoon
Suitable theme-song(s): (quote in the brackets)
"Kryptonite" by 3 Doors Down (I took a walk around the world to ease my troubled mind, I left my body lying somewhere in the sands of time)
"Non-Toxic" by SR-71 (that's who I am inside, not much to say, on this non-toxic, ordinary day)
"Politically Correct" by SR-71 (well I don't mean to piss you off with these things I might say)
Other: -

Social life/skills
Best friend: He gets along pretty well with almost everyone, due to his easy-going persona, he doesn't play favorites from his friends. Thou he spends most of his time with his squad, Himako, Yumi, and Hoshiko.
Friends: see above.
Enemies/Rivals: He sees Ichigo and Renji as his rivals, since Hoshiko gets along with them so well (and he thinks they are much better looking and more mature than him, what's partially true), he's kind of jealous. Also he's kind of afraid of some captains.
Crush/Lover: He has a strong crush on Hoshiko, if you couldn't figure it out yet :) Hoshiko though doesn't seem to be returning his feelings.
Other: He always remembers every name and face, and he's really loyal to his friends. He always trusts people, and would pretty much do everything for people he had only been knowing for a few days.

History
Past: Tokiiro has born as the second child of Hitsugaya Toshiro and Matsumoto Rangiku (note: she kept her name after the marriage), little brother of Hitsugaya Himako. He never seemed really talented, that's why Toshiro didn't really want him to be a Shinigami, but after some convincing, he let him do whatever he wants. Tokiiro got into the Shinigami academy. He was pretty much average in his classes, slightly better than the rest in Kidou and much worse in sword skills, but good in kendo, nobody understood why: he kept Ichirou's behavior as a secret. After graduating from the academy, he was unemployed as a Shinigami for a while, because Ichirou is a close-combat type zanpakuto AND he's better in kidou, so no squads wanted to really employ him, especially his dream squad, the second not. After a little convincing of his friends (what he had no clue about), Kenpachi accepted him. Toki was down at first, but he got used to the squad, and fought himself higher and higher, until he reached the ninth seat.
Family history: -
Parents/Siblings: His parents are the famous captain and vice-captain of the tenth squad: he though he's living in their shadows, but he learned not to think about that, and tries to make himself acknowledged for who he is. His only sibling is Himako, his older sister. Himako isn't a Shinigami, thou she wanted to be one.
Other relatives: great-grandmother, Toshiro's granny (who had raised him).
Important events: When he got accepted to the Shinigami academy, when he graduated from there, when he got accepted to the Eleventh squad, when he got the position of the ninth seat, when he got to know Hoshiko, when he got his first (and last) serious girlfriend, when his girlfriend broke up with him, when Hoshiko got the position of the fourth seat, etcetera.
Important persons: His family and friends. He also respects his captain, he would do pretty much everything Kenpachi asks him to do. (Once Hoshiko saved him from promising to clean the latrines for all the Gotei 13.)
Other: -

Character opinions
1st division:
Yamamoto-Genryūsai Shigekuni: He finds Tokiiro not so useful as a warrior. Tokiiro though never mustered up the guts to even say a word to the Cpatain-Commander (other than "Good Morning, Yamamoto-soutaichou!")
Sasakibe Chōjirō: -

2nd division:
Soi Fon: Soi Fon is one of the people Toki respects the most, since he originally wanted to join her squad. When he didn't get accepted, he was miserable: he still holds a grudge for that.
Ōmaeda Marechiyo: -

3rd division:
Ichimaru Gin: Toki thinks pretty little of Gin, according to the fact that first he broke his mother's heart, later betrayed Soul Society, and aided Aizen, yet he's kind of grateful, since if Gin wouldn't have left Rangiku, his parents would have never found each other and he would have never born.
Kira Izuru: They get along pretty well, Tokiiro finds Kira an easy-going person and vice versa. They're pretty good friends.

4th division:
Unohana Retsu: An occasional "Good Morning, Unohana Taichou! – Good morning, Hitsugaya-kun". But otherwise, nothing else. Toki is at the 4th division's barracks (due to some injury) so much that everyone knows him by name
Kotetsu Isane: Mostly Isane is the one who ends up patching him up after a more serious fight. They get along; they often joke about how their captains should hook up.
Yamada Hanatarō: The fact that Toki is only a few inches taller yet so much stronger than him (tough he's lower position) makes Hanataro respect him. Toki encourages him to keep trying and never give up on his dreams.

5th division:
Aizen Sōsuke: Toki looked up at Aizen while he was the captain of the fifth division, the division he wanted to get into after the second was the fifth, but with Aizen's betrayal, Toki's respect crumbled. Now he thinks little of the whole fifth squad.
Hinamori Momo: At first he found her pretty cute, but ever since she became mentally unstable, he doesn't really care about her. He's neutral.

6th division:
Kuchiki Byakuya: One word; fear. Tokiiro shares Hoshiko's opinion about Byakuya: he needs to loosen up, but he'd rather lick a cactus than tell him.
Abarai Renji: Toki is slightly jealous of him, both for being a vice-captain and being so close to Hoshiko, yet they mostly get along. Most of their conversations start with "friggin' women…" and end with "ah lurve youh, man!" and an awkward, drunken hug. Then stumbling home, helped by Kira and Hoshiko.

7th division:
Komamura Saijin: -
Iba Tetsuzaemon: Toki likes to hang out around Iba much, maybe because most of their opinions are shared and Iba had always been a great aid in getting home after going out to drink. Though they both hide a big secret from each other and pretty much the world, this can't poison their friendship.

8th division:
Kyōraku Shunsui: Toki thinks Kyoraku is among the best captains of the entire Gotei 13, mainly because he's laid back and good fun if out of the office (a face he hadn't seen much but already likes).
Ise Nanao: Nanao doesn't really like Toki, mainly because he is almost her polar opposite. Yet, if it comes to qualities, they are surprisingly similar.

9th division:
Tōsen Kaname: Toki always knew something's fishy around that guy, yet he never dared to voice his opinion. He still feels rather guilty for that, but he could go on.
Hisagi Shūhei: Another guy Toki is a little jealous of, but since Shuuhei isn't so close to their "gang", Toki doesn't mind him.

10th division:
Hitsugaya Tōshirō: Their relationship is close, and Toki respect his father much, yet he would really like to finally wriggle out of Toshiro's shadows. Toshiro used to worry about him, but now that Toki proved that he's tougher than he looks AND heals fast, Toshiro gave it up.
Matsumoto Rangiku: Even though they have moments when they can't agree, Rangiku is the person Toki trusts the most in the entire world (there's only one thing he didn't tell her: the way he feels about Hoshiko.). Toki usually does some chores instead of her, namely the dishes what Rangiku hates with passion yet her son really likes.

11th division:
Zaraki Kenpachi: Toki respects his captain much, and as it's mentioned above, he would do pretty much anything Kenpachi asks for. It's a trait many make fun of, yet they feel the same: no doubt, Kenpachi is someone you either fear or respect.
Kusajishi Yachiru: Toki always has some sweets with him what he always shares with her, so Yachiru likes him much. Nicknamed him "Ki-chan", what unfortunately sounds similar to the English "kitchen". Toki gets teased for that by Hoshi a lot, yet they both know she's not being serious.
Madarame Ikkaku: Ikkaku is his tutor, or teacher of some sorts. Toki, while working, refers to him as "Madarame-sanseki", while training "Ikkaku-sensei", and while out, "bastard, why did you have to hit that hard, my *insert any body part here* is still purple.".
Ayasegawa Yumichika: They're sort of friends, getting along well.

12th division:
Kurotsuchi Mayuri: Due to Toki being smarter than he looks, Mayuri admitted that he wouldn't really mind having him in this squad. Toki shivers even thinking about being in the 12th division thou.
Kurotsuchi Nemu: He thinks she's cute, but nothing more.

13th division:
Ukitake Jūshirō: He's rarely around, but Ukitake has a positive opinion of him.
Shiba Kaien: -
Kotetsu Kiyone: Kiyone, though she's trying to hide it, secretly likes Toki at least a little bit. Sentaro (and Yumi, another OC of mine) is the only one who knows, he teases her often.
Kotsubaki Sentarō: Doesn't really like him, but they have no problems with each other.
Kuchiki Rukia: They're kind of friends, and Toki adores her skills. He calls her "Rukia-sempai".

Other characters
Urahara shop:

Urahara Kisuke: They rarely meet, and if they do, Toki really is unable to tell if Urahara likes him or not, because he treats almost everyone the same.
Shihōin Yoruichi: Yoruichi sees some talent in him, but she would never give him fake hopes, that's why she won't train him.
Ururu: Blushes every time she sees him.
Jinta: He's kind of jealous of Toki, he acts cold towards him,.
Tsukabishi Tessai: -
Ririn: -
Nova: -
Cloud: -

Kurosaki family:
Kurosaki Ichigo: Toki is really jealous of Ichigo (tall, powerful, talented, has Bankai, and is around Hoshiko a lot), but they get along pretty well.
Kurosaki Isshin: -
Kurosaki Karin: Karin is pretty neutral, since she figured out Toki is not as good as a football player as his father (and she thinks Toshiro and Tokiiro are siblings not father and son)
Kurosaki Yuzu: she acts kind of like Ururu, but with a little more confidence (after all, he IS good looking, he just doesn't know.)
Kon: Doesn't like him, maybe because he has no boobs to snuggle, or maybe because he's always hugged by attractive women… one will never know.

Karakura High:
Ishida Uryuu: -
Inoue Orihime: Orihime finds him very cute, but not the love-cute, but the child-cute. She can hug him in the most unexpected times, making him flush inevitably, and lose focus of whatever he was doing.
Sado „Chad" Yasutora: -
Kojima Mizuiro: -
Asano Keigo: -
Arizawa Tatsuki: -
Chizuru: She sees him as kind of a rival, maybe because he gets Hime-hugs on a daily basis.

Hueco Mundo: he had neverbeen to Hueco mundo, knows no hollows/arrancars
Espada:

Stark:
Barragan Luisenbarn:
Tía Halibel:
Ulquiorra Shiffer:
Nnoitra Jiruga:
Grimmjow Jaegerjaques:
Zommari Leorix:
Szayel Aporro Granz:
Aaroniero Arrurueire:
Yammi Rialgo:

Other arrancar/hollow:
Nell/Neliel Tu Oderschvank:
Pesche:
Dondochakka:

Other original characters (filled at will):
Natsu Hoshiko: Hoshi is one of his best friends (if not the best), and he has a secret crush on her. They're together a lot, know almost everything about each other. He doesn't know her crush either.
Hitsugaya Himako: She's his sister, and even through they're sometimes at each other's throats, they are really close. Mako always does everything she's capable of for him, always tries to protect him.
Aoi Yumi: Yumi is the one who mostly brings him out of depression: she listens to him, she acts kind of mothering with him, what Toki appreciates much.
*fingers start falling off* god, this was tiring. But I did it! Toki's profile is here!
... now I do Yumi's... I didn't mention her before... I'm working on her thou. She's almost ready. Only the reference picture left... and a few opinions. *exhales, rolls up sleeves* Bring it on.

Bleach and most characters (c) Tite Kubo
Toki, Hoshi, Mako, and Yumi (c) me. (heeey, just noticed! All their names... khrm, at least nicknames... are only four letters long! Wee! :boogie:)

This is also long, but enjoy if you can! :aww:
